Wait, I think I got seasons all wrong again. Truth to be told I don’t know whether is it spring or winter now. What I do know, is that I can’t wear my spring dress outside today. It’s f* cold, and freezing is not on my agenda today. But spring layers are. Pardon, winter layers. Because we are wearing winter layers once again. Although in a spring way. I’m showing you how to update your winter clothes for cold spring days and look ready for the new season. Yes, this is my outfit for cold spring days. Maybe even cold summer days. Who knows?

Well, I don’t know about you, but I see no point in dressing for the seasons when the weather outside is not on point either. I mean why freezing in short spring dress and sandals when you could be just right in a coat and chic pair of boots? Wait, I don’t mean you should get out your thick black winter coat and pretend it’s winter again. No! Of course not!

You should put on a beautiful off-white wool coat and those chic white western boots you have been wearing for seasons now. And style this two winter pieces with a pair of light blue jeans, a trendy shirt and spring must-have accessories. See? Just like I did. Now say, my outfit wasn’t made for spring.

WHITE WOOL COAT

There is no doubt that cold spring days are the worst. But you don’t need to freeze in your new spring jacket just to look stylish when you can wear a proper winter coat and look stylish regardless. Just like me.

Even though you already know this coat very well, after all, I have been wearing it the entire winter, a few words more. Just to remind you that materials matter when it comes to the winter coat. Make sure you get yourself a virgin wool winter coat the next time you aim to buy one. Even better a virgin wool coat in pastel colours that looks thin so you will be able to wear it in cold spring too.

Again, a virgin wool coat will make you feel just right no matter the temperatures. Aren’t natural materials just stunning? All you need is one layer of virgin wool on your new springe fringe shirt, and you feel warm on cold spring days. Yet not too hot when the sun finally shines through the clouds.

Under my winter/spring coat I’m wearing a stylish fringe shirt. As mentioned in previous articles fringe fashion trend is back for spring summer 2019. And the best way to pull off the fringe fashion trend on a cold spring day is by wearing a fringed shirt under the thin wool coat.

I’m wearing a white cotton fringe shirt. Not sure when it was the last time you saw me wearing this shirt but that outfit must have been chic too. After all, this shirt is so easy to style and looks chic with everything.
