But my wedges are. Yes, I’m wearing my floral beach wedding guest dress with wedges. Yet not the same wedges you saw me wearing in the city.

I’m wearing a simple pair of “granny wedges” from Tommy Hilfiger (shop here). These wedges not only go great with the dress but also give me the right lift to keep sand outside my shoes. Furthermore, are easy to walk on the sand and dry fast. And yes, the last feature matters the most when you are looking for beach wedding shoes.

You need to get shoes that dry fast. Trust me, I know what I’m talking. A wave hit me right when we were taking photos. And my wedges got all wet. Like soaking wet.

BEACH WEDDING BAG

Last and not least, the little beach wedding bag. I’m wearing a small basket bag from Nannacay (shop here). But truth to be told, any of these little raffia bags in the widget below would be great for a wedding on the beach.

They are all made of raffia or ratan, small and not too dressy for the beach wedding. Nor too casual.
