WHAT TO DO WHEN BANGS GET TOO LONG?

Here’s the thing, I trim my bangs every three weeks. Correction, my hairstylist trims by bangs. Truth to be told, I’m too afraid to cut my bangs by myself, and I could never let anyone else but my hairstylist to trim my bangs.

Especially not my mom, who trimmed my bangs when I was a little girl. My sister and I still get bangs nightmares. I bet many of you know what I mean.

After all, trimming bangs require exceptional skills. Make one wrong cut, and it can totally ruin your hairstyle and ruin your sexy bangs. Furthermore, a poorly trimmed fringe will change your face shape and make you look fat or less attractive.

Anyway, as said, my hairstylist would trim my bangs every 3 weeks. Yes, every 3 weeks since my hair grows pretty fast.

Well, sometimes 4, if I can’t see my hairstylist the moment my bangs get too long. And yes, it will be more than 4 weeks this time around for me also.

Even so, I’m not annoyed with my outgrown bangs too much. I found a solution that will help me manage my fringe by the time I visit my hairstylist.

Here’s what I do when my bangs get too long, and I can’t get a professional cut.

Another simple thing you can do when your bangs get too long is to pin your hair with a bobby pin. Or a fashionable pearl hairpin. Yes, those big pearl hairpins you bought last year are still in fashion.

#3 SPLIT BANGS DOWN THE MIDDLE AND WEAR CURTAIN BANGS

My next solution requires a good hair day or at least a good hairspray. But it will give you the best result – the sexiest bangs ever.

Hence, grab this comb and part your bangs down the middle. Now use this hairspray to make your curtain bangs look cool.

Ps. This solution will work the best for very long bangs. I must admit I rarely wear curtain bangs since I cut my bangs before they could grow long enough for that sexy bangs look.

But you can expect to see me wearing curtain bangs once I decide to let my bangs grow out entirely.

#4 CURL YOUR BANGS

Last but not least thing I do when my fringe grows out is to curl my fringe. Yes, you can trim your bangs without cutting.

I use 1.75″ T3micro hot roller (buy here) or flat iron (buy here). A flat iron is actually a faster solution, but you need to know how to use it right. If you are a clumsy one, like me, use a hot roller instead.
